​Pa​​yment unit

 Arrange payment of claims of s​uppliers / contractors, subsistence allowances, petty cash, medical consultants, locum tenants, utilities, JPMC, Gleneagles JPMC and National Cancer Centre.

Revenue unit

Process reports and monitor the revenue generated by the ministry and departments under it.​

​Budget unit

 Process applications for the Ministry’s provision to the Ministry of Finance (Annual Budget Estimates and Supplementary Provisions).​
​

​Payroll & Allowance unit 

Process payment of salaries and allowances for officers and staff of the Ministry of Health.
